Our very own Island cafe set in the surroundings of Island Collective. We call it our little Jungalow… Yes we are not only obsessed with good coffee, fresh food and our exclusive homewares but plants also play a major part of our Island.

We are lucky enough to have Toni Sharpe, a very well known barista and sushi maker in our community join our Island to run this little piece of paradise.
We are open Monday to Friday 7am-3pm

Because we believe in being creative and innovative at IC, Island Espresso is the same, our menu specials will regularly change but our staple of Fresh sushi, toasted paninis and our Island bruschetta made with tomatoes, avocado, Spanish onion, mint, coriander, organic goats cheese micro mix sprouts with edible flowers and adorned with lemon and balsamic glaze will always be available.

Sweet treats Byron bay cookies and locally made organic, gluten free slices and biscuits.
